XZJ5183TYH (JCM100W) new generationintelligent microwave maintenance vehicle is mainly designed for fast and green remediation of pit slots, cracks, upheavals for the asphalt pavement. It is a multi-functional, energy-saving, environmental protective and high efficient pavement maintenance machinery for independent completion of damaged pavement remediation. This vehicle incorporates the microwave heating technology and the installed 1.8 ㎡ heating wall and 0.1m? heating silo to complete a variety of pit slot repair processes, especially the deep pit slot repair of more than two kinds of gradating materials. The optional intelligent construction management system realizes the standardized operation and process supervision of pit slot repair as well as the establishment of digital files.
