Driving left and right independent drive, microcomputer control, pavingspeed using constant-speed automatic control technology. The diesel-poweredSC9DF290 diesel engine has a powerful power of 213kW. A three-in-one powerfulcomposite radiator is adopted. Four sets of independent hydraulic transmissionsystems are adopted for the transmission and distribution. The material level adoptsultrasonic sensor control technology to ensure a constant material level. Thedividing device can be moved up and down to apply different paving thicknessesto reduce material segregation and power consumption.
The use of highly wear-resistant alloy materials for the splitter bladesand highly wear-resistant steel plates for the conveyor floor and the screedbaseplate are particularly suitable for large thickness base construction.
The two vertical and horizontal automatic leveling systems ensure the smoothnessof the working surface and use a centralized lubrication system.
