Product Features:
1. Dynamic simulation and real-time detection of cylinder buffer process can be realized through simulation technology and load sensing technology;
2. Intermediate frequency quenching and Ni-Cr composite plating are conducted simultaneously on excircle of piston rod, so it has excellent wear resistance, anti-bump and anti-corrosion performances;
3. The sealing system optimizes the working conditions of high pressure, large shock and high speed of the host so as to meet the conditions of continuous high temperature operation;
4. Both ends of the cylinder use axle sleeve of special materials to effectively prevent the phenomenon of pin shaft sintering and enhance the entire maintenance cycle of the host.
